    We can accept telephone orders weekdays 9:30am - 5pm JST. Please make a note of the products and quantities you'd like to order. If you're paying by bank transfer, your order will be shipped once we've confirmed payment.

    Shipping & Delivery


    We ship orders to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and internationally by Express Mail Service (EMS), the rates are reasonable and depend on the order weight, size, and delivery address. EMS shipments are trackable. The shipping cost is calculated during checkout. Please note: that we do not add tax, but there may be customs fees levied when your order arrives that you are responsible for paying.

    For customers in Japan, we ship via Sagawa Express and Seino Express. However, Japan Post may be used in some areas only. Shipping is free for orders of 3,000 yen or more (excluding tax), and 600 yen for all other orders nationwide excluding tax. (Excluding Okinawa and remote islands) Hokkaido shipping costs 1,000 yen excluding tax, and 1,700 yen excluding tax for Okinawa and remote islands.

    Once we've confirmed payment, orders are normally delivered within 2-14 days. (*depending on inventory status)

    *Orders placed after 2pm (GMT+9) are normally processed the following day.
    *We usually confirm payments at 2pm (GMT+9), therefore if your payment is transferred after this time, we will confirm it the following business day.

    3. Cash on Delivery (Available only in Japan)
    When your order is delivered the fee described in the table below will be added to your order total.

    • Please note that Kurumibutton.com cannot issue a formal receipt for orders paid by e-collect. The Sagawa Transport e-collect delivery label will act as your formal receipt.
    4. Paypal (Credit Card)
    You will be directed to the PayPal site during checkout where you can either login with your PayPal account or enter your credit card information securely without logging in.

    Orders paid by credit card with a subtotal over 300,000 yen are not eligible for points.
    5. Stripe (Credit Card)
    Kurumibutton.com utilizes the secure credit card gateway Stripe. American Express, Mastercard, and VISA cards are accepted. Stripe allows the option of saving your credit card data at their secure system. Note that if shipping to a new address, you will be required to re-enter your card information.

    Orders paid by credit card with a subtotal over 300,000 yen are not eligible for points.

    Exchanges

    Please check the contents of your order upon arrival. If, by chance, there happens to be a problem with your order, we will get it fixed quickly.
    • For exchanges, returns, and repairs please be sure to contact us by email or telephone so that we are able to rectify the problem as quickly as possible. Please do not send products back to us without first confirming with us.
    • Unused products may be returned within 14 days of the shipment date. Please contact us first. For returns, there is a restocking fee. There may also be a restocking fee for exchanges, we will advise you of any fees when you contact us.
    • If the exchange is due to the customer's circumstance, the customer should pay to ship the product back to us. There may be other fees that the customer will be responsible for such as bank transfer fees.
    • If the exchange is due an error caused by Kurumibutton.com, Kurumibutton.com will pay shipping to have the item returned. We will also instruct you how send the product back.
    • As a general rule, after shipping your order, we cannot cancel it.

    Inventory

    This site shares inventory with other sites. The inventory system usually provides enough time for us to indicate when products are unavailable, however, depending on the timing of your order, shortages may occur.

    For customers who have already paid: We will ship the short item as soon as it's available again.
    For customers who have not yet paid: We will cancel the short item and email you the new total for the order.
    For customers paying by COD: We will cancel the short item and email you the new total for the order.
